About Badri
Shri Ram Katare promoted the unit in 1997 after his voluntary retirement a Manager State Bank of India. Being a graduate in Commerce and a Certificated Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, he is a professional Banker having vast experience of working of various business activities and industrial operations. Badri Narain Rubbers is a small scale industrial unit initially ventured at Malanpur Industrial area, manufacturing a kind of specialty raw material product called 80 mesh ’Crumb rubber’ for tyre manufacturers like Apollo Tyres, JK tyres & Ceat. The Manufacturing of the product called ’80 mesh crumb rubber’ has been developed through mechanical disk grinding process only first time in India by BADRI with an active association of Technical Staff of JK Tyre, Banmore.
BADRI has been growing constantly and steadily during last 25 years since the company’s incorporation. Since, we have been supplying raw material component for basic rubber compound used in manufacturing automotive tyres by the world famous tyre manufacturers in India having international quality standards, we have standardized our process control system and are an ISO 9001:2015, 14001, 45001 certified company. We also have REACH & PAH compliance certification used for export to Europe. We have been rated SE 2A by CRISIL as high on performance criteria and also have been felicitated by Central Excise department for largest revenue contributor in SSI segment in their Indore commissionerate.
We manufacture our products specifically from the peeled off portion of tread rubber of used & scrap truck tires since the tread part of truck tires are made from the best of rubber compound.
Since our establishment in 1997, we have set numerous milestones in the industry, including being the first in India to grind 80 Mesh Tread Crumb rubber and pioneering the manufacturing of 120 &140 Mesh Tread Crumb rubber using cutting-edge ambient grinding technology.
Our commitment to quality and innovation has attracted esteemed clients such as JK Tyre, Apollo Tyres, and CEAT Tyre, both domestically and internationally. We are proud to be recognized for our compliance with REACH & PAH standards and holding ISO certifications for Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management.
Furthermore, our recent expansion with the establishment of a Reclaim rubber plant near Vadodara, Gujarat, in 2018, showcases our dedication to growth and development.
