Reclaim rubber is a recycled material derived from used rubber products. It undergoes a special precessing method to get it de-vulcanised to make it reusable carrying almost same properties as in raw natural rubber in various applications offering an eco friendly alternative to virgin rubber.

We offer three distinct products:
– Durobond: A high-quality reclaim rubber grade with a tensile strength of 10 MPa. It helps tire manufacturers increase the amount of reclaim used in their products without compromising on physical and abrasion properties.
– Plasticizer: An eco-friendly plasticizer made from natural oils. This product aids tire manufacturers in replacing petroleum oil, enhancing sustainability in their operations.
– High Tensile Reclaim: Available in two grades, 7 MPa and 8 MPa. These grades are suitable for use in tire manufacturing, molding products, and other rubber applications where enhanced strength is required.

Durobond provides a high tensile strength of 10 MPa, enabling tire companies to incorporate more reclaim rubber into their formulations without sacrificing performance. It maintains physical properties and can help reduce production costs by maximizing the use of recycled materials.

The Plasticizer, made from natural oils, offers an effective alternative to petroleum oil. It allows tire manufacturers to improve the sustainability of their products while maintaining performance characteristics. This transition can lead to reduced environmental impact and cost savings.

High Tensile Reclaim, available in 7 MPa and 8 MPa grades, is ideal for a variety of applications including:
– Tire Manufacturing: Enhancing the strength and durability of tires.
– Molding Products: Providing robust material for molded rubber components.
– Other Rubber Products: Suitable for applications where high tensile strength is beneficial, contributing to the overall performance and longevity of the products.

Manufacturers should consider the Plasticizer not only for its potential to replace petroleum oil but also for its ability to enhance the sustainability of their products. Using natural oils can significantly improve eco-friendliness and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
