RRP is a semi-solid reclaimed rubber plasticiser. It softens and mixes like an oil, but carries rubber with it — so you take cost out of the compound without giving up the physicals you have already qualified. Priced off recovered tyre rubber, not off crude. Supplied in 10 kg EVA bags, batch-tested before it leaves Halol.

Batch-to-batch, not lot-to-lot
Every batch carries its own number from raw material through packing, so any consignment can be traced back to the exact input lot and its test values.
Tested before it leaves
Moisture, ash, fineness and tensile are checked in our own laboratory. The values travel with the batch — no consignment moves on a supplier’s word.

We developed 80 mesh crumb rubber on mechanical disk grinding before anyone else in the country, and still run the finest mesh range in our segment.
