We started our development at our advanced facility in Halol, Gujarat – the same plant where we perfected high tensile reclaim rubber technology. The process begins with carefully selected tread portions from nylon truck and bus tires, which are converted to crumb rubber completely free from metal particles and fiber. This material is combined with non-edible bio-oils that are abundantly available both in India and internationally.
Our refining process uses controlled methods that remove problematic compounds while preserving the processing characteristics your compounds actually need. The result creates genuine circularity – we are taking waste tyres that would otherwise end up in landfills and converting them into high-quality tyre manufacturing additives.

Our formulation meets RoHS Directive Compliance requirements for Restriction of use of Hazardous Substances Directive 2011/65/EU and RoHS2 with Amendments Directive 2015/863/EU. We pass all 244 SVHC requirements as per Authorizations List & Candidate list proposed by ECHA, and with reference to Corrigendum to Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006-REACH, we are well within the limit (0.1% wt./wt.). All 16 Phthalates are below the limit of quantification. Safety data sheets and technical documentation are available for all regulatory requirements.
