What we are bringing to Louisville
Two things are the reason for the trip, and both are aimed at North American compounders who are being asked to hold properties while the cost of the compound comes down.
- Butyl reclaim. High-tensile butyl reclaim (BRHT80) for inner tubes, curing bladders, tyre innerliner and air-retention compounds — where butyl price is the problem and air retention is the property that cannot move.
- High-tensile whole tyre reclaim. Whole tyre reclaim at the top of the tensile range, for compounders who have written off reclaim in the past because the grade they tried could not hold tensile.
Alongside those, the full range is on the table: Durobond regenerated natural rubber at 10–11 MPa, NRM natural rubber reclaim from 4 to 11 MPa, RRP rubber plasticiser that replaces up to 50% of the process oil, and tyre-tread crumb rubber down to 80 mesh.
What to bring to the booth
Not your formulation. Nobody hands over a recipe at a trade show, and we would not ask.
What makes the conversation useful in ten minutes is simply this: the application, the property that constrains it, and the volume you are buying. That is enough for us to say which grade belongs in your compound, roughly what replacement level to start a trial at, and whether it is worth your time at all. If it is not, we will say so at the booth rather than after a sample has crossed an ocean.
Who you will be meeting
Booth 461 is hosted by FutureOpp USA Inc., our representative for North America. They carry the technical data, the certifications and the current grade availability, and they handle follow-up, samples and commercial discussion for buyers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Sample quantities can be arranged after the show against a shipping address. It is faster to tell us the application and the properties you have to hold at the booth, so the right grade is sent rather than a general sample pack.

Do you supply to North America regularly?
Yes. We ship in containers from Mundra and Hazira, and we are comfortable starting with a single-pallet trial before a full container so a compounder can qualify the grade first.
