Tyre tread crumb rubber — 30, 40 and 80 mesh
Mechanically disk-ground crumb from truck tyre tread only. We were the first in India to produce 80 mesh on mechanical disk grinding, and it is still the finest mesh range in our segment.
Crumb quality is decided before the grinder: by what goes into it. We take truck tyre tread only — not whole-tyre scrap, not mixed rubber waste — and every intake lot is tested before it is accepted. That is why the crumb runs clean and consistent enough to go into compound rather than only into surfacing.
Grinding is mechanical disk grinding, not cryogenic. Steel and textile are separated and the fines are screened to grade. We supply 30, 40 and 80 mesh as standard; 80 mesh is the grade we developed first in India and it remains the one customers come to us for.
Packing is 25 kg bags or jumbo bags depending on quantity and destination. Larger quantities and custom mesh cuts are made to order.

Finer crumb disperses better and disturbs the compound less, so a higher loading is possible before properties move. It is the difference between crumb as a filler and crumb as a genuine partial replacement.

Mechanical disk grinding. We developed 80 mesh on this route first in India.
What scrap do you use?
Truck tyre tread only, tested at intake. Mixed scrap is the usual reason crumb runs inconsistent, so we do not use it.
