Certified systems
Badri Narain Rubbers runs certified quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems. For a buyer, the practical value is not the certificate on the wall — it is that the same procedure produced last month’s consignment and this month’s.
Material compliance
Our material is REACH and PAH compliant, which is what allows it into export compounds and into the supply chains of OEMs who audit down to the raw material. Compliance declarations are issued with the datasheet on request.
Testing and traceability
Every incoming lot of scrap is tested before it is accepted — moisture, ash and fineness — and rejected lots go back to the vendor rather than into the process. Finished material is tested again before packing, and the batch number stays with the goods from raw material to dispatch. If a consignment is ever questioned, we can trace it back to the exact input lot and its test values.
