What we do

Badri Narain Rubbers Pvt. Ltd. is a reclaim rubber manufacturer. Scrap truck tyre tread comes in, is tested, screened and processed, and leaves as material a compounder can design around: reclaim in a range of tensiles, crumb in a range of mesh sizes, and RRP — a plasticiser that lets a compound carry less process oil.

The company was established in 1997 and incorporated as Badri Narain Rubbers Pvt. Ltd. in 2009. The works are at 903, GIDC Industrial Estate, Road No. H, Halol, on the Vadodara–Halol corridor — within a day’s run of the western tyre belt and a short haul from Mundra and Hazira for export.

How we think about quality

Reclaim has a reputation for being inconsistent, and it is usually earned at the scrap yard rather than in the plant. We buy truck tyre tread only, test every intake lot, and send back what fails. Everything downstream — batch numbering, in-house testing, COA with the consignment — exists so that a buyer’s quality team can trace a drum back to the day it was made.

Who we supply

Indian and international tyre manufacturers, belting and hose makers, footwear and technical rubber goods companies. Some of these relationships are more than two decades old, which in this trade is the only credential that really counts.

Recovery, not disposal

Every tonne of tyre tread that becomes reclaim or crumb is a tonne that does not get burned or buried. Rubber returns to compound, steel and textile are segregated for their own recycling routes, and residue to landfill is kept to a minimum. It is also, incidentally, the reason RRP prices do not move with crude.
